Crew Arrival and Cleaning Pass
You get an “On My Way” notification when the technician is headed over. First we tour the home with you to confirm the windows. Then we remove and label the screens and clean them. From there the crew splits the interior and exterior work and moves through the glass, switching between our pure-water system and a traditional scrubber-and-squeegee clean depending on the job. On the older homes, the crew takes extra care on original wood-framed windows sitting right alongside newer glass.
Reinstall and Final Walkthrough
We reinstall the screens, then walk each window with you and get your sign-off before we pack up. Any glass with stuck-on construction debris or silicone gets detailed by hand with a razor blade along the way.

- $1 to $7 per window for storefront glass. Where a pane lands in that range depends on the number of panes, how often you have the glass cleaned, and whether you want inside-and-out or exterior only.
- $1 to $15 per window for standard commercial glass. The range reflects pane count, how often the windows are serviced, and whether the scope is inside only or inside and out. A single-pane display window on a recurring schedule sits differently on that range than a multi-pane storefront cleaned once, so we pin the number down at the on-site walkthrough. For larger commercial properties beyond typical storefront glass, we confirm the pricing once we have seen the building and the scope.
