Crew Arrival and the Cleaning Pass
We tour the home with you to confirm which windows are in scope. Then we remove and label the screens, clean them, and set them aside to dry. One tech works the interior glass, tracks, and sills while another handles the exterior, switching between our pure-water system with a water-fed pole and a traditional scrubber and squeegee finish depending on the window. On many of Stephens City’s older Main Street homes the crew handles original wood frames and storm windows on this same pass, taking extra care on the painted-wood frames.
Reinstall, Walkthrough, and Sign-Off
