One tech cleans the interior windows, tracks, and sills while another handles the exterior. We switch between a water-fed pole with pure-water tanks and a traditional scrubber and squeegee depending on the window, and the pure water dries spot-free. - $1 to $15 per window: standard commercial glass more broadly, from a single-pane display window on a recurring schedule to a multi-pane storefront cleaned as a one-off. We pin the exact number down at the walkthrough.
Larger or specialty commercial properties are quoted on-site once we’ve seen the building and the scope. If you’d like us to take on more of the building’s exterior alongside the glass, mention it when you get your estimate and we’ll fold it into the proposal.
